Environmental Law and Policy Forum
The Environmental Law and Policy Forum furthers research and public dialogue on key environmental and natural resource issues and provides a forum for leaders to study and debate legislative and regulatory initiatives.
- Hosts Annual Spring Symposium and periodic Guest Speakers from private sector, government, and non-profit organizations
- Collaborates with Richard G. Lugar Center for Renewable Energy on research projects
- Has conducted research for policymakers on issues including water rights, energy policy, and administrative law
Annual Spring Environmental Law Symposium
The Annual Spring Environmental Law Symposium which convenes environmental policymakers and experts to discuss issues of importance to the state and region.
- Recent issues include: Climate Change (2008), Energy Law and Policy (2009), Water Law and Conservation (2010), Energy Security (2011), Environmental Stewardship (2012)
