Bio
Kiyoshi Otsu joined the Law Library faculty in 1984, after working as a research associate and cataloger at the University of Illinois Libraries. Before he came to this country from his native Japan, he lived in France for five years, where he participated in language and culture classes. During 1991-1992 he went to Tenri University, Japan, for a faculty exchange to teach library science classes.
Currently, he is the Automation and Media Services Librarian. He takes care of the computers and servers at the Indiana University School of Law Library indianapolis. He also teaches Japanese classes at IUPUI.
His publications include: Bibliometric Study of Japanese Science and Social Science Publications; Some Publication Patterns in Indian and Japanese Science: A Bibliometric Comparison, and Applying Fudvlac to a Library Automation Network: A Case Study at Indiana University.
He also teaches Japanese classes on the IUPUI campus.
