Bio

Judith Ford Anspach joined the law school faculty as Director of the Ruth Lilly Law Library in the Summer of 2003. The author of numerous presentations and publication in the area of internet and technology resources for lawyers and legal scholars, she graduated first in her class from Mississippi College School of Law where she was also Managing Editor of the Law Review Board. Prior to coming to IU, she was Library Director and Professor of Law and later Associate Dean for Information Resources and Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law. She was also Director of the Law Library at the University of New Mexico and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, as well as deputy director at the University of Connecticut Law Library. While attending law school, she was the Public Services Director at Mississippi College School of Law where she also taught a library management class in the Paralegal Program.

Her teaching areas include Animal Law; Advanced Legal Research; Advocacy; and Legal Reasoning.
