Prof. William M. Sage of Columbia School of Law will give the 2006 McDonald Merrill Ketcham Lecture on "Pay for Performance: Will It Work In Theory?" (12:30-1:30 p.m.) There will be a panel discussion afterward, presented in cooperation with the Indiana Health Law Review. The discussion will be moderated by Prof. David Orentlicher, Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Hall Center for Law and Health.
