What If? –Counterfactuals in Constitutional History

The 2011 Indiana Law Review Symposium will explore counterfactuals in constitutional history – the "what ifs" or "turning points" in constitutional law. Leading constitutional law scholars from across the nation will gather to explore their favorite constitutional turning point from the timeline of American history and present their view of how a different outcome would impact subsequent legal developments or issues.

CLE: 4.8 hours of CLE credit will be available
COST: No fee to attend this program.

Parking is available for a fee at the Gateway garage located on the corner of Michigan St. and California St. (525 Blackford St.)
