The Indiana Law Review is pleased to announce its 2010 Symposium The Law of Democracy on Thursday, April 8, 2010, exploring the legal issues surrounding our system of democracy. In addition to the keynote speech given by Professor Heather Gerken of Yale Law School, there will be three panels addressing campaign finance, voting rights, and election administration. The Symposium continues on Friday, April 9 as well.

The Indiana Law Review is pleased to announce its 2010 Symposium exploring the legal issues surrounding our system of democracy. In addition to the keynote speech given by Professor Heather Gerken of Yale Law School, there will be many other speakers, from Institutions of Law around the country, participating in panel discussions.

The event will begin with a panel on Election Administration on Thursday afternoon at 3:00pm. The Keynote Address "The Voting Rights Act and Dynamic Integration", presented by Heather Gerken, will occur at 4:30pm on Thursday, April 8.  The symposium will continue throughout the day on Friday, April 9, with panels on Campaign Finance and Voting Rights.
