The 37th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dinner, "Building Success Through Unity," will feature Christopher Edley, Jr., Dean and Professor of Law at Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley.  The dinner takes place at the Downtown Marriott Ballroom at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 14. Christopher Edley, Jr., a former professor at Harvard Law School, served as a senior advisor to President Bill Clinton and is an author and civil rights activist.  The dinner is co-sponsored by Indiana Black Expo, the IUPUI Black Student Union, the IUPUI Office of Campus and Community Life and the IU School of Law-Indianapolis.  Tickets are $40.00 and are available until January 7, through the IUPUI Office of Campus and Community Life, 317-274-3931. (The office will be closed December 25-January 1 for winter break.)
