Professor Orentlicher Quoted in Article on Assumed Consent and Organ Donation

Professor David Orentlicher was quoted as an expert on assumed consent for organ donation in a recent article in The San Diego Union-Tribune. A nationally recognized expert on bioethics issues, Orentlicher is co-director of the Hall Center for Law and Health as well as Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law.
