Submission Procedure

The general interest issues and the symposium issue of the Indiana Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 42 (2008-09 academic year). For all other inquiries, please contact our Executive Managing Editor, Amanda Asbury, at alasbury@iupui.edu.

The Indiana Law Review invites submission of unsolicited manuscripts. All citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). Manuscripts should be submitted double-spaced with one-inch margins. They should be mailed in hard copy form to:

All submissions should contain:

One copy of the manuscript, double spaced, with one-inch margins;
Abstract of the manuscript;
Curriculum vitae for the author(s);
Contact information for the fall, spring, and summer, including a telephone number, e-mail address, and fax number.
