IU School of Law - Indianapolis, in cooperation with Baker & Daniels Public Interest Law Fellowship, are partnering with the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, and Indiana Legal Services, Inc., to host the Indiana Mortgage Foreclosure Defense and Prevention Conference on Friday, April 3, 2009.

*At this training, and at others, the Indiana Supreme Court will offer scholarships to private attorneys who complete the training and agree to handle one mortgage foreclosure case on a pro bono basis.
