The theme of the 2008 Retreat is “Re-commitment to Social Change: Where You Were, Where You Are, Where You Are Going.” Inspired by a quote by George Washington Carver, we hope to explore the way public interest law affects each of us throughout the stages of life. We’ll explore topics relating to disability law, elder law, and youth law.

A final panel will explore the inspiring and challenging realities of pursuing careers in public interest law, while offering suggestions on managing the challenges.
