Registration for the retreat is $100.00 and includes lodging and meals for the weekend. To pre-register please complete and submit this online form. Registration will be complete once we receive your payment. Guest speakers and IU School of Law-Indianapolis students will need to register, but the registration fee will be waived.

After submission, you may choose to proceed to online credit card payment to pay the total due and finalize your regsitration if necessary. To pay by check, print this registration form and mail it along with your check to:
