Cancellations after Tuesday, October 4, 2011 will not be refunded.
The program will carry six hours of Indiana CLE credit (including 1.0 hour of ethics credit) pending approval. Checks are to be made payable to Indiana University/c/o Shaun Dankoski, 530 W. New York St., IH 328B, Indianapolis, IN 46202
