Effective Methods for Teaching Legal Writing Online

At first blush, teaching legal writing online would seem difficult, if not impossible. But it can be done. This presentation will describe how to adjust generally accepted LRW pedagogy and deliver it in an online environment. Part of the presentation will also demonstrate and explain the myriad technologies that are currently available to deliver online content. The results of some empirical research into the effectiveness of these methods will also be presented.
