Please join us for the Indiana Supreme Court Lecture: "Corporate Governance: Delaware's Pervasive Influence" with Justice Randy Holland, Delaware Supreme Court on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Wynne Courtroom of Inlow Hall. Reception immediately following in the Conour Atrium. 1.0 CLE credit available. Parking is available for a nominal fee at the campus Gateway Garage, located on the corner of Michigan and California Streets.

There is no fee to attend this lecture.

The program will carry 1.0 hours of Indiana CLE credit (pending approval).
